Madonna - Dolce & Gabbana collaboration

Queen of Pop and Fashion Icon, Madonna has joined forces with Dolce & Gabbana on a new collection of sunglasses, called MDG, which is currently on sale. M had collaborated with D & G before for the Spring 2010 campaign.

“We’re so excited. This further strengthens our relationship with Madonna, and it was a very constructive experience for us. She is very exacting and a professional who seeks perfection in everything she does, and this was no exception.” Gabbana said, but there were rumours that they wanted to replace Madonna with the much younger Rihanna.

The rumours were wrong! Who wants anyone else when you have the Queen MADONNA, who can do everything and always nail it!?

"MTV Movie Awards" or maybe... "Twilight Movie Awards"?

 I watched the MTV Movie Awards hosted by Aziz Ansari last night and I understood why they air the red carpet before the actual show. Because it is actually kinda dull. Some of the dialogues were funny, but most of them, were long and boring. That's why they try to attract the audience by watching the interviews and the stars' clothes, trying to excite us with all the glam.
 Don't get me wrong I love movies, but it was a bit boring and predictable. Who did not guess that the Twilight saga would win all the awards? I like New Moon, but it was predictable! What I did like were the live performances. The blue Katy Perry with Snoop Dogg presenting their new summer hit "California gurls", Tom Cruise's alter ego, Les Grossman with hot Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera's return, ... oh wait those were all!

 The Twilight enthusiasts had a treat with all the closeups on Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner. That did not disappoint, right? What did, was once again Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson's kiss when they won the "Best Kiss" Award, which did not happen like last year. Let me take a wild guess about what they will do next year. Um... pretend to kiss and actually won't? Almost the whole show was about the Twilight saga. 
 New Moon won 4 awards and Robert Pattinson won the "Global Superstar" award. I'm sorry, but I prefer Taylor's hot abs and not the pale vampire, who cut his hair short, probably because he heard that everyone knows he never showers and found an easier way to look clean, it's a good thing we cannot smell through the TV. Maybe that's why Kristen didn't kiss him and changed her seat later. 
 To continue on this "Twilight MTV Movie Awards", Anna Kendrick received the "Breakthrough Performance" for the movie New Moon Up In The Air. Kendrick actually plays Jessica on the Twilight saga imagine that! 
 We also got to see the trailer for the much anticipated sequel, Eclipse, where Bella struggles to choose between Edward and Jacob. Twilight is a phenomenon, which has taken over planet Earth, even my mom is Twilight-ed and has read all four books and can't wait to watch Eclipse! 

 Sandra Bullock also stole the show with her speech about "moving on" referring to her recent divorce and the unexpected kiss with Scarlett Johansson. Bullock won the "Generation Award", given by Betty White, who told her "Never wear that dress backwards!", Bradley Cooper and Johansson. She truly deserves it, cause she is an amazing actress. My personal favorite Sandra Bullock films are Miss Congeniality, Practical Magic and of course Premonition with the hot ♥Julian McMahon♥ playing her lovely hubby.

 We also got to see the trailer for the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows movie and Tom Felton won the "Best Villain" Award. Justin Bieber appeared in a video and made the crowd, I mean the little girls go wild. Katy Perry with her blue do, copied by Lady GaGa inspired by the upcoming live action/animated flick she's in The Smurfs sang "California Gurls", along with Doggy Dogg, which I listened to for the first time and I simply loved it. Xtina performed a medley from her new album "Bionic" wearing a glowing LED heart on her crotch, trying to make an impression as her new songs are good, but can hardly reach her old hits. Last but not least, Tom Cruise and Jennifer Lopez performed a spectacular live dance routine. A lol moment was when Jessica Biel and Bradley Cooper presented the "Best Kiss" award and a ballgame-inspired Kiss Cam began making rounds around the room. A number of couples were forced to kiss like Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron, but the most passionate kiss was shared by Russel Brand and... No it's not Katy Perry who you think it is, but Jonah Hill, who were literally groping each other!!!

Pretty Little Liars Premiering tomorrow on ABC!

            and

Holly Marie Combs's much anticipated return on TV!

Pretty Little Liars, which premieres tomorrow on ABC Family, is based on the Pretty Little Liars series of young adult novels by Sara Shepard. The series follows the lives of four girls; Spencer, Hanna, Aria and Emily, whose clique falls apart after the disappearance of Alison. Three years later someone who is using the name "A" sends messages to the girls threatening them to expose their secrets.

Lucy Hale plays Aria Montgomery, Ashley Benson as Hanna Marin, Troian Bellisario as Spencer Hastings and last but not least Emily Fields plays Shay Mitchell.

Holly Marie Combs also plays on Pretty Little Liars Aria's mother, Ella Montgomery. Holly's fans are very enthusiastic for her anticipated return on TV since Charmed, which ended in 2006.

On why she chose Pretty Little Liars: What I wanted to do this pilot season was find something that was worth leaving my kids for. This show was seamless - they said I would work two to three days a week on this contemporary series and remain a float in the business. At the same time, I could be home long enough to make my kids realize they weren’t raised by nannies. Which is my biggest goal at the moment.

On her character: Ella is like the very modern, laid-back mom who lets her kids be individuals. She’s the very liberal mom, which I myself am not. So I have a little bit of a struggle.

On the show adhering the book series on which it's based: We're trying to cover everything the books encompass in a way that makes everybody feel satisfied. Which is basically an impossible task. The books had a very big following as it was, so there’s some responsibility to be loyal to what's in them. But that being said, we’re going to go through them very quickly.

I think Ella’s husband doesn't have an affair till the second book and we have that in the first episode. We’re expediting storylines. And from what I heard, they get divorced and Ella begins dating younger men. Which kind of horrifies me.

Lakers VS Celtics: Last night's TOP 5 Plays

The Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics are battling out in the 2010 NBA Finals for the twelfth time!

The 2009 NBA Champions beat the Celtics 102-89 at Staples Center in L.A last night. Top player for the Lakers was Kobe Bryant with 30 points, seven rebounds and six assists, while Paul Pierce had 24 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the Celtics.

"I thought the Lakers were clearly the more physical team today.", Celtics Coach Doc Rivers stated. "I thought they attacked us the entire night. I don't think we handled it very well. They killed us on the glass. I thought they were by far the more physical team."

"That wasn't the prettiest basketball game I've ever watched in my life.",Jackson said. "But it was a good win for us."

Kalomoira is back!

After two years since she won the 3rd place representing Greece in the Eurovision song contest, Kalomoira is back with a new hot song "Please Don't Break My Heart" featuring American rapper, Fat Man Scoop.

The song is fresh and there are two versions; a slow one and a dancing one. The video for the song was filmed in Turkey, the background is animated and I think that it is her best work. Both the song and video are amazing. Kalomoira shows her RnB and sexy side and proves that her talent is big and has yet to give more not only to the greek audience, but abroad, too.

"Please Don't Break My Heart" is a big hit and can totally become a hit in all the hot clubs worldwide. When you listen to the song you want to sing and dance, get up and do your thing as Madonna says. It was totally worth waiting for Kalomoira's new music and I can't wait to listen to the whole album, which will be released in mid 2010.

Kalomoira who was the winner of the Greek Fame Story 2, except for being a singer and a greek pop idol with 4 studio albums, she had taken a role on the successful TV series "Lampsi" and also hosted "Big in Japan". As you can see Kalomoira is "Big in Greece", but no matter what, she remains down to earth and she is always open to her fans, which makes her a true shining star!

As for her personal life, Kalomoira doesn't have to beg her boyfriend not to break her heart, because she is getting married on September 26 her long time boyfriend George Boosalis!

A new dog trend starts, as Victoria and David Beckham's tough bulldog is taking a walk in Los Angeles, in hot pink nail polish toes!

As you can see from the pictures Coco is not looking that tough in those cute pink nails, but I think that pink is not really her color. Maybe they should try orange, it goes better with her fur.

"This is nail polish, I did not do it myself", Victoria Beckham told Access Hollywood, "David sent the dog over to get it washed and they painted the toenails!"

I may find it cute, but who knows if the dog enjoys being pampered like this or suffers.

I came across this video on http://www.youtube.com/ , which shocked me and made me mad, but also very sad, I mean who wouldn't be?

 There is a little baby in Indonesia who smokes since he was only 18 months. I'm sure you all wonder how a toddler would come in contact with cigarettes. His father was the one who introduced them to the baby and inevitably leads him to severe health problems. Adults should not smoke, because it causes heart problems, cancer and so many more health problems, as we all know. Imagine what it can do to a little baby that has not even fully developed yet. He needs 2 packs a day or else he acts like an addict, because he is an addict. His own father claims that the newborn is healthy. 

Awareness has to be spread so sights like this one can be prevented.
